Data Deletion Instructions

Any individual whose personal information has been collected by Bizynk through the Site, a form submission, a lead advertisement, or a connected CRM record may request that we delete that information. To submit a data deletion request, send an email to connect@bizynk.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include the following in your request so that we can locate and process it efficiently:

• Your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your inquiry or lead submission.
• The platform or form through which you believe your information was submitted (for example, the Bizynk website, Facebook, or Instagram).
• A brief description of the information you want deleted, if known.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within a reasonable timeframe and take commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before proceeding, consistent with the "Verification and Processing" section below.

Before completing a deletion request, Bizynk may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the information associated with your request. This step protects against fraudulent or mistaken deletion requests and ensures that we delete the correct records.

Once a request is verified, Bizynk will process it within a reasonable period and will remove the identified personal information from our active systems, including applicable CRM records, unless a legal, contractual, or legitimate business reason requires that certain information be retained, as described below.

If Bizynk is unable to verify a request or requires additional information to locate the records in question, we will contact you using the details provided in your request.

In certain circumstances, Bizynk may retain limited information after a deletion request, where retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legitimate business or recordkeeping requirements. Examples of information that may be retained include:

• Billing, invoicing, and transaction records required for accounting, tax, or audit purposes.
• Records associated with an active or former Signed Agreement, order form, or statement of work.
• Information Bizynk is required to retain by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies a specific individual.

Any information retained under this section is maintained solely for the stated purpose and is not used for ongoing marketing or outreach to the individual who submitted the deletion request.

Bizynk runs lead generation advertising through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. When an individual submits a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad form, the information provided (such as name, email address, and phone number) may be transmitted to Bizynk's connected CRM for follow-up.

Individuals who wish to have information collected through a Facebook or Instagram lead form deleted from Bizynk's systems should submit a request using the process described in "How to Request Deletion" above. Bizynk will remove the identified information from its own CRM and marketing systems upon verification.

Because Facebook and Instagram are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., Bizynk does not control, and this page does not cover, deletion of information directly from Meta's own systems. Individuals seeking to delete or manage data held directly by Meta should use Meta's own account and privacy settings or contact Meta directly.
